This form should be used for all reservations for
OSI approved student organizations who wish to reserve general purpose rooms. You will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours, or 3 business days, of your request. If you have an urgent need, please contact 407-823-0588.
For faculty and staff requests, please contact classres@mail.ucf.edu
Reservations are done by a first come first serve basis. Due to the large amount of requests during the first month of the semester, response time may take longer than 72 hours.
Food, drink, flames (candles/incense), excessive noise or loud music are not allowed in the classrooms. After the event, all trash must be removed and furniture returned to its original position. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and the loss of scheduling privileges.
Please Note: Alternate event dates/times may be submitted at the time of the original request. First event requests will always be
considered before alternative requests.
